Can you believe it is already April?! There are some interesting new products on the way and in the pipeline. Shortly we are expecting stock of the new FlightTech XS range of lipo's, rated at 50C continuous!!!
We also now have a less expensive range of lipo batteries in stock at fantastic prices, these are our own MAD POWER Lipo's. There is a range of capacities as well as C ratings to suite everyones pocket.
*** MAD MODELS ANNUAL ELECTRIC FLY-IN HELD SUNDAY 7 MARCH 2010 AT RMAC (RAND MODEL AERONAUTIC CLUB).
This was our third year hosting this event. The weather played along as it has in the past. There was a very good turnout, with some awesome aircraft being flown and displayed. A big thank you to all who attended, all had a good time and there were some fantastic prizes given away!

** NEW BRANCH ** - We have a 2nd branch at RMAC (Rand Model Aeronautic Club), cnr Kliprivier Drive and Swartkoppies Road, Brakenhurst. This is an exciting development at a fantastic facility. The shop is connected to the clubhouse and will be promoting all facets of R/C aircraft. We will also have a training academy. Contact us for further details or phone on 083 376 8519 and speak to Chris.
** We have added a nice new feature to the homepage - it is a 'Fast AXI Setup'. Click on the icon, and by entering your model type and weight, you will get a list of suitable set-ups! This will take some of the guess work out of your next project.
LASER CUTTING
For those of you who enjoy scratch building (like we do), we offer a laser cutting service. For all those projects that are getting put off because you don't have the time to trace off parts, laser cutting is the answer. Parts fit better than most kits!
