1/9 Rafale EDF
This 1/9 scale Rafale was converted from a turbine model to electric ducted fan. It flies on a 12S setup consisting of 2 x 6S 5000 Mah FlightPower EONX 30 lipo's connected in series. Fan is a Schubeler DS94 HDT four bladed carbon unit housing a Lehner 2280-9 brushless motor and Castle Creations 11A HV speed controller. Aircraft all up weighs in at 8.8kg and powerplant produces 4kw's of power.

30% Yak 54 - SA's 1st Large Scale Aerobatic Elec
We electrified a KMP 30% Yak 54, giving it way better performance than a petrol equivalent set-up. Motor: AXI 5345/14 ESC: Jeti Spin 200 Battery: FlightPower 6S5000 EVO 25 x 2 (connected in series) Prop: Xoar 22 x 10 wooden electric Servos: Futaba S9451 x 4, Futaba S9155 x 1 RX: Futaba R607FS 2,4 GHz RX battery: FlightPower 2S2100 EVO RX with 6V Duralite regulator Many of you may have seen this wonderful aircraft perform at some of the airshows. This aircraft has been sold.

40% Aeronca Champ - South Africas Largest Electric
Pictures of our huge scratch built project. This is the biggest electric aircraft in South Africa with a wingspan of 168" (4267mm), weighing about 36,3 Lb's (16,5Kg). MAD Models Re-Opening 7 October 2006
We moved into the double shop next door after out growing our current shop. There was an excellent attendance on the day! Thanks to all who came and took part in the wonderful specials and food that was provided.
