MAD MODELS undertakes to correct and/or remove such content or any part thereof if the person reporting such content provides reasonable grounds to prove the alleged nature of the content.
13. DOMICILIUM
13.1 MAD MODELS chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 116 Oxford Street, Ferndale, Randburg.
14. TERMS AND TERMINATION
14.1 This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the MAD MODELS site and continues indefinitely until terminated by MAD MODELS in terms of clause 21 hereto or for any other reason.
